While there have been issues with delivery time, the service is always great. Even when issues arise, they take care of things. It is not their fault that they are understaffed and I appreciate their willingness to make things better as they are able. The employees are always kind and apologetic, I do not fault them. We will continue to order from here with the hopes that things will get better.

I ordered a sandwich at the location in Gainesville, GA over an hour ago (I ordered it as soon as possible) and it has still not even been sent out. I have tried to call them multiple times and just get a busy signal. EDIT: this was fixed and I got a refund. Thank you so much
